The two Olympic lifts, (the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk) are fundamental aspects of Crossfit, because they each always require Strength, Speed, Power, Accuracy, Agility, Balance, Coordianation, and Flexibility. Furthermore, if mixed into a particular WOD (workout of the day) they can also target Endurance and Stamina. THESE ARE THE TEN MEASURABLE ELEMENTS OF FITNESS.
