Kevin Keraiff

My background lies in sports. I was raised playing hockey, skiing, golf, baseball, motocross, among other activities.

I discovered Crossfit In spring of 07 and it immediately changed my life. I remember seeing a guy  training Crossfit style, and it looked so effective I approached him.  He gave me some information and I never looked back.

My very first Crossfit workout was enlightening to say the least.  For the first time in my life, I felt as though I had really accomplished something new with my workout; It was like I was finally challenged physically like never before.  After two weeks of  following the Crossfit workouts I noticed my body composition changing, my overall health getting better, and my whole fitness level increasing.  Shortly thereafter, my actual body structure was changing, spinal/ hip integration felt proper, my posture corrected, gained lean muscle mass, and I carry myself with full confidence, knowing my physical capabilities.

I have never pushed myself this hard before in any training, and amazingly, the chronic knee pain, instability and lack of flexibility (due to ACL and MCL destruction and reconstruction) I used to have  has been totally done away with.  I also had shoulder dislocation from a motocross accident, and its as though that injury had never occurred either.  I attribute this  directly to the Crossfit program, and my own determination.

I gear my programs specifically to my client’s needs, and these are determined by a one hour evaluation.

I live by the Motto, and particularly in my training “Commitment to Excellence.” That is my commitment to my clients and when the client gives 100 percent effort  I guarantee positive and vast results. back to top
