HYROX combines both running & functional human movements that ANYONE can participate in.

In the big races being held all over the world, there is 8 workout stations : ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmer ‘s carry, sandbag lunges and wallballs!

Accommodating both athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody!

At CrossFit Okanagan, we have added this type of programming into our THURSDAY Classes to build aerobic endurance. Come try it out!
