All new clients who have not done CrossFit before, need to complete just a few 1-on-1 Foundations Sessions with a Certified CrossFit Coach before joining our group classes! You will learn the movements, safety & standards before jumping into the WODs!

  • Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help them safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.

  • FOUNDATIONS

    Our coaches will take you through the foundational CrossFit movements, show you around our training facility, complete a movement assessment screening, chat about fitness experience/sports history, discuss any injuries/limitations and how to scale properly for your workouts to ensure that you get started off on the right foot!

    Our Foundations Program is mandatory for all new members who have never participated in CrossFit training before. You will learn all the important techniques, safety & standards on how to lift/workout/move properly before we let you jump into our group classes. These sessions are booked around your availability outside of class times.

    Our Foundations Program is anywhere between 2-5 sessions ( $69 per session, plus tax )

    Depending how well you move, assessment etc. it may be more sessions if needed

  • No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.

  • To accomplish your goals faster, we recommend you eat a variety of healthy foods in quantities that support fitness training but not body fat. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
